Join for a behind-the-scenes look at one of Robert Mondavi Winery’s signature events – Dinner Under the Stars. Marking the release of our celebrated Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, this lavish dinner takes place annually at our Oakville estate – this year virtually! We’ll serve up our menu, ingredient list and cooking demos, share designer tips for a beautiful table, and of course, introduce our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. Winery Executive Chef Jeff Mosher, event and floral designer Kelly Reavis, and Master of Wine Mark de Vere join Emmy Award winning radio and TV personality Liam Mayclem to bring it all to life. Jeff Mosher

As a child, Jeff Mosher’s parents gave him the choice to cook or do the dishes. The decision was easy, and in turn, launched him on a trajectory towards the culinary industry. While pursuing undergraduate studies at Oberlin College, he consistently found himself around food, helping to run the co-op food program and working in restaurants in the evenings. The thrill of working on the line at a local pizzeria, coupled with an influential semester abroad in Strasbourg, France, left Mosher hooked and hungry for more.

Mosher draws inspiration from the winery’s rich culture and bountiful culinary garden while crafting unique wine pairing experiences for guests, such as the Garden to Table and Four Decades wine pairing dinners. Napa Valley’s abundance is in harmony with Mosher’s philosophy: “Cooking, to me, is about obtaining the highest quality local and sustainably grown ingredients, harvested at the peak of freshness, and manipulating them in exciting new ways.” He finds influence in his travels across the United States and overseas to countries like Thailand, China, Singapore and Panama, all on behalf of the winery.


Kelly Reavis

Kelly's experience in floral design began more than 30 years ago, when she spent the summer months working in the floral department of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Returning to her roots in Northern California, she pursued her passion as a career. While developing her floral business, she also worked at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley for 15 years, bringing her skills to events and hospitality. She was fortunate to be a co-designer for the Great Chef's Cooking School, which included creating different themed décor for breakfast, lunch and gala dinners... all in the same day. Her business now focuses on bountiful floral design, and also offers event design such as choosing table linens, place settings, lighting, lounges and floor plans.

Robert Mondavi always said "find your passion... do what you love and love what you do." Kelly has taken that quote to heart; her passion is expressed in her floral designs, which can reflect moods of organic casualness to pristine formality.

Her design style can best described as natural, beautiful elegance. "Every occasion/celebration - no matter how simple or extravagant - should make an impression on one's visual soul. Flowers possess this power, and a little drop of passion doesn't hurt!"


Mark de Vere
Master of Wine

As Master of Wine for Constellation Brands’ TRU estates and vineyards portfolio, Mark presents fine wine educational, training and inspirational programs to wine trade and consumer audiences around the world.

A native of Oxford, England, Mark’s early interest in wine began while studying history at Oxford University. After graduating from Oxford, Mark started his professional career with wine in wine retail and wholesale, gaining considerable experience in all aspects of the wine trade and a familiarity with wines from around the world. Mark further expanded his understanding of wines and vines by working for a year in vineyards and wineries in five major wine regions of Australia and New Zealand.

In 1994 Mark became a candidate for the Institute of Masters of Wine, recognized as the most prestigious international wine education organization in the world. In 1997, Mark successfully completed the four-day examination, becoming a Master of Wine.

That same year, he moved to Napa Valley to work for Robert Mondavi. Mark continues to promote the vision and mission of Robert Mondavi, promoting understanding of Robert Mondavi Winery’s wines, story, and estate, as well as the other fine wines of Constellation’s TRU portfolio.
