How will the website know I'm a Star Shipping member?

You will need to log in to your account using your email and password. If you update your email address, please be sure to do this with all of your accounts, so you can redeem your Star Shipping benefits at every checkout.

Is Star Shipping retroactive?

No, the program begins after you purchase your annual membership.

Do I receive complimentary shipping when making purchases at the winery?

Star Shipping applies to all orders placed online, over the phone, or when visiting our Oakville Tasting Room. To place an telephone order, please call (877) 545-4932.

Does my Star Shipping membership pay for shipping of non-wine items?

No, Star Shipping applies to shipments of wine only and does not apply to merchandise or gift sets.

I have items in my cart, why don't I see the paid shipping option?

Be sure that you have at least $49 of wine in your cart and that you are logged into the website using the email you used to set up your Star Shipping account.
