  1. What level of seating is available?
    ONLY General Admission Ticket Level for this concert. Guests provide their own chair or blanket for seating. Lawn Area chairs must have a seat no taller than 12" from the ground and the back must be no higher than 32" from the ground. Patio Area & Vineyard Area - High Back Chairs will be allowed ONLY in this area. Maximum cooler size 18"H x 24"W x 13"D. Tables and wagons are not permitted. This concert is outside and will held be Rain or Shine – please plan accordingly. 100% of ticket sales will be donated back to the Napa Valley Community Relief Fund.

  2. Are Tickets Refundable?
    ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that Robert Mondavi Winery and Eventbrite are NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL AGES. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring small children to the show. All artists and times are subject to change without notice.

  3. Is there an age restriction to attend?
    All ages welcome. All ages require a ticket, even infants. Due to limited space, strollers are not allowed in the venue.

  4. Parking
    We have limited on-site parking and carpooling is highly encouraged. There is no charge for parking.

  5. What time do the doors open?
    The doors open at 12:00pm or once the artist has completed sound check. We must wait until sound check ends prior to guests being allowed to enter the venue. We do not allow pre-placing of blankets or chairs. For those guests with special needs please refer to question #9.

  6. What time does the concert begin and end?
    Gates open at 12:00pm or after sound check is complete. Concert begins at 2:00pm. Concert ends by 4:30pm.

  7. What is allowed vs. not allowed to bring into the venue?
    Allowed: Guests may bring in food, non-alcoholic beverages and small coolers - Coolers not to exceed 18"H X 24"W X 13"D and are subject to inspection. Our license does not permit guests to bring in alcoholic beverages.

    Not Allowed: Lounge chairs, tables, wagons, alcoholic beverages, strollers, pets, barbecues, cameras, video or audio equipment.

  8. Can I bring in food or are there any food vendors on site?
    You are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages into the venue. Coolers are subject to inspection. Note: Cooler sizes allowed in the venue. Maximum cooler size 18"H x 24"W x 13"D. Tables and wagons are not permitted.

    Concessions will be available inside the venue including Ben & Jerry's, the Vintage Sweet Shoppe, C Casa, Five Dot Ranch, and Cousins Lobster. All food is subject to availability.

  10. Miscellaneous Information
    Guest Behavior: If behavior of concert attendees adversely affects any other party's enjoyment of the show, or is determined to be unsafe, the attendees in question will be asked to leave and tickets will not be refunded. The view and opinions expressed by artists do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of Robert Mondavi Winery.

    Smoking: Smoking, of any kind, is prohibited throughout the concert venue except in designated areas.

    Lost and Found: Please contact our Security Office and/or Winery guest relations line at (888) 766-6328 or online to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items. If you have lost an item while at an event, please speak to any Guest Relations representative for assistance. Robert Mondavi Winery is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    Re-Entry: Guests are permitted to leave and re-enter the same event as long as you have your current concert wristband on.

    Animals: Robert Mondavi Winery has a strict policy towards animals on the premises and therefore does not allow animals or pets at the concert under any circumstances, with the exception of service animals such as guide dogs. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
